You can find the newest updates under Settings > System > Advanced > System updates. You can use the downloads at the bottom of this page to install the latest OS version instead of incremental updates. To install an OS as a ZIP-file, follow the guide here.

The update should take around 15 minutes and the device might continue to look for the same update after the update is done. To solve that issue, please clear the cache.
