Product repair request
In case your device needs repair or you would like to have your device checked, we offer you an easy way to use our services.
At our own service centres in Germany, Switzerland and the UK, our technicians repair your equipment and carry out maintenance work on it.
Procedure:
- Please first fill out the service form below. How to find serial number?
- Once your enquiry has been successfully registered, you will receive an email with a ticket number and a shipping address.
- Then send the defective device to us along with the printed email.
Notes:
- Make sure you back up all your data! Nordalp assumes no responsibility for data loss during repair.
- If your device is password protected, please remove the password or provide us with the password so we can begin troubleshooting immediately upon receipt.
