Review and outlook from Nordalp: A successful start has been achieved!

During the past year, Nordalp has successfully established itself as a trusted and independent supplier of rugged mobility solutions for industrial applications. This solid foundation has been built by a highly experienced team of industry professionals focused on delivering a strong product portfolio together with comprehensive hardware and software support for customers worldwide.

Some highlights from the year include:

• Founded in several countries: In May 2025, Nordalp AB was established in Lidköping, Sweden, and Nordalp Swiss GmbH in Zizers, Switzerland. Shortly thereafter, Nordalp GmbH in Freilassing, Germany, took over the business operations of Handheld Germany GmbH. Earlier this year, a fourth entity was established in Warwickshire, in the Midlands region of the United Kingdom.
• Organizational realignment: The company structure was redesigned from the ground up. From the beginning, Nordalp has operated with a significantly leaner organization supported by optimized processes and a new modern IT infrastructure.
• Communication launch: In June, Johan Hed, CEO of Nordalp AB, presented the Nordalp brand, the new organizational structure, and initial insights into the roadmap for the following 12 months. Six months later, the roadmap had been successfully executed, including the introduction of two new products to the portfolio.
• Positive response: Feedback from existing customers and partners has been overwhelmingly positive. Nordalp has established itself as a central point of contact for rugged mobility solutions, as well as for service and support, simplifying collaboration and ensuring continuity for existing customers and partners worldwide.

"We faced major challenges: We had to reposition ourselves in the market, redefine processes and procedures, renew our IT infrastructure, and much more. But the courage to pull together has paid off."
