Perform a factory reset on Nautiz X6 V2

Follow the instructions below to perform a standard factory reset on your Nautiz X6.

Ensure that you have backed up all your critical data prior to performing a factory reset since this will erase all user data and configurations.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap System.
3. Tap Reset options.
4. Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
5. Tap Reset phone.

Advanced

There is also a way to make a factory reset of the unit in case you are unable to boot into the actual Android OS.

Before following the steps below, it’s important to have credentials to the Google account used on the device in order to successfully perform the factory reset. Also, ensure that you have backed up all your critical data prior to performing a factory reset since this will erase all user data and configurations.

1. Power off the unit.
2. Hold the Volume up and the Power button.
3. Release the Power button when you see the Handheld logo. Keep pressing Volume up until you see the boot mode/recovery menu.
4. Use the volume keys to navigate to Wipe data/Factory reset.
5. Press Power to select.
6. Use the volume keys to navigate to Factory data reset.
7. Press Power to select.
8. In the recovery menu, select Reboot system now and press Power.

Once these steps have been completed, your Nautiz X6 device will be at the default factory settings.
