Perform a factory reset on Nautiz X41

Follow the instructions below to perform a standard factory reset on your Nautiz X41.

Ensure that you have backed-up all your critical data prior to performing a factory reset since this will erase all user data and configurations.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap System.
3. Tap Reset options.
4. Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
5. Tap Reset phone.

There is also a way to make a factory reset of the unit in case you are unable to boot into the actual Android OS.

Before following the steps below, it’s important to have credentials to the Google-account used on the device in order to successfully perform the factory reset. Also, ensure that you have backed-up all your critical data prior to performing a factory reset since this will erase all user data and configurations.

1. Power off the unit.
2. Hold the Power key and right-side key until you see the boot mode menu.
3. Use the right-side key up to select Recovery Mode.
4. Press the left side key to confirm.
5. Use the F2 key to navigate to Wipe data/Factory reset.
6. Press Power to select.
7. Use the F2 key to navigate to Factory data reset.
8. Press the Power key to confirm. The unit will reboot and perform a factory reset

Once these steps have been completed, your Nautiz X41 device will be at the default factory settings.
