Question: Can Nordalp Staging be used with Nautiz and Algiz devices, or Nordalp only?

Answer: The Nordalp Staging Editor at https://staging.nordalp.cloud will be the one to use going forward. The Staging app for Nordalp, Nautiz, and Algiz devices will both work with codes generated from the Nordalp Staging Editor. We currently don't have any plans to stop supporting the MaxGo Staging app so both the Nordalp and MaxGo Staging app will receive feature updates and bugfixes.

Question: Can I use new Nordalp devices with an existing MaxGo Manager account?

Answer: Yes, the Manager apps on Nordalp devices is fully compatible with the MaxGo Manager.
However, the app is configured to use the Nordalp Manager Server. This means that you will need to change to the MaxGo server before you can connect the device to your MaxGo account. See https://manager.nordalp.cloud/help/advanced/change-server.html for details on how to switch servers.

Question: Where can I find the latest version of the Manager or Staging app?

Answer: Because the Nordalp and MaxGo version of the Manager and Staging apps are independent of each other. For the Nordalp app, you can find the lastest version at https://www.nordalp.com/apps and for MaxGo at https://maxgo.handheldgroup.com/apps/.
