Our goal is to offer customers the best, most cost-effective, and efficient service plan for our rugged tablets and handhelds. Nordalp products are designed for those who work in harsh environments. Whether the challenges are weather, extreme temperatures, or difficult work situations, all of our devices are engineered to meet the challenge. In case something goes wrong, we developed Nordalp Care product warranties. Nordalp Care offers several extended warranty options that provide peace of mind regarding future service costs and reduce the total cost of ownership for our devices.
You won't find any deliberate obsolescence here. Nordalp's rugged computers last longer than consumer devices, and that includes repairs and service. We keep spare parts in stock longer and offer longer warranty options for our already durable products, making our offerings even more cost-effective and attractive.
The Nordalp Care service plan is a comprehensive package of additional service options designed to protect your investment and provide additional security for your business. All Nordalp Care service plans are valid for three or five years from the date of purchase to ensure a longer lifecycle. Nordalp Care ExtendedNordalp Care Extended is our no-questions-asked service guarantee, designed for mission-critical users. Once your device arrives at a Nordalp service center, we take care of all issues. This plan includes coverage for all repairs, even those required due to accidental damage, including out-of-warranty repairs—all at one low, fixed price. You can also receive an annual service report and service meeting upon request. This plan offers our best value and covers all necessary repairs during the selected three- or five-year extended warranty.
